Drawing from her athletic background in volleyball and soccer, Anna transitioned to the competitive world of bodybuilding during her undergraduate years at UBC. This diverse experience, coupled with her personal encounter with injury, uniquely positions Anna to empathize with her clients and meet them at their specific points in the health and wellness continuum.

Beyond her academic achievements and athletic pursuits, Anna has found a deep passion for manual therapy. Through her own healing journey, she realized the transformative power of hands-on techniques in the recovery process. Anna firmly believes that manual therapy is a crucial component of the healing journey, providing her clients with a holistic approach to rehabilitation. As a practitioner, she advocates that exercise is the best medicine, not only benefiting physical health but also promoting mental well-being.

She’s collaborated with the BC Lions football team, and since 2021, she’s been an integral part of the University of British Columbia’s swim team.
